Sweepstakes casinos, judged on how well they treat you
Welcome gifts, prize delivery, service and the games on the floor. We registered at eighteen US sweepstakes casinos with our own details, played the free coins, requested a prize and noted how we were looked after.
The ten casinos that looked after us best
Scores are out of five and come from our own accounts. Every casino below delivered our prize, offered a welcome gift and admits adults in most states.
Who answers, who explains, who keeps you informed
Service is a small part of the score but a large part of how a casino feels. These are the standouts from our testing.
Mega Bonanza, McLuck and Spree answered a real question on chat within minutes. Sweeptastic and ThrillCoins took hours by email.
McLuck, Sweeptastic and Spree publish terms short enough to read in one sitting. Fortune Coins needs a second read.
Stake.us and Pulsz show every stage of a prize request. RealPrize and Chumba went quiet until the money arrived.
All 18 casinos in one table
Prize delivery is how long our prize took. The welcome gift is what you receive on arrival, before any purchase.

Five standards, one score
Every casino is held to the same five standards, weighted as shown. Nothing else moves a casino up or down the list.
How long the casino took to deliver our prize after we requested it.
Free Sweepstakes Coins offered on arrival, before any purchase.
The minimum to redeem and the playthrough on the welcome gift.
Game choice, table games and how the site carries itself on a phone.
How quickly a real person answered and how clearly the rules were written.
From registration to prize in four steps
About ten minutes the first time. The waiting comes at the end, and that is the part we time.
Fourteen states are not admitted. If yours is one of them, no casino here can seat you, so check first.
Your name, date of birth and email. The welcome gift arrives once you confirm your email or phone.
Gold Coins are for the fun of it. Only Sweepstakes Coins can become a prize, so use those if a prize is the aim.
Show ID once, reach the minimum, then request. Our reviews tell you how long each casino took to deliver.
Welcome in 36 states, not admitted in 14
Sweepstakes casinos follow state law, and some states have declined. The short version is below.
Not admitted 14 states
No sweepstakes casino accepts guests from these states. Oklahoma joined the list on November 1, 2026.
Welcome 36 states
Adults from every other state can register and play. Some casinos still turn away a state or ask for 21+, so read the casino’s own list before you register.
